Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
No prior experience necessary, but 1-2 years of experience is preferable. In addition, experience as an Operations Associate working with Fidelity, Schwab, or TD Ameritrade is also preferable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
