About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Tax Administrator to join our client's team. This position is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient property tax processes, including preparing invoices, managing communications, and supporting court-related documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send out property tax invoices in a timely manner.

  • Collect, track, and process payments from various stakeholders.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.

  • Perform mail merge operations to create accurate and professional documents.

  • Build and organize binders for court cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties to resolve inquiries and provide updates.

  • Maintain and organize property tax records and documentation.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data entry, and formatting.

  • Experience with mail merge in Microsoft Word or similar software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience building and managing binders for legal or court-related purposes.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property tax administration or a related field.

  • Knowledge of property tax processes and legal documentation.
