Managing Director
Jerold brought a unique blend of recruiting experience and industry insight to our organization. With a background in talent acquisition and nearly a decade spent in both recruiting and sales, his journey was shaped by faith and a genuine desire to serve others. Over the years, he developed a strong understanding of the gaps and opportunities within traditional recruiting, especially after observing how many companies struggled to balance speed with quality. His desire to create something more personal, intentional, and rooted in service is what ultimately led to the birth of Jump Start Consulting.

Although Jerold is no longer directly involved in the day to day operations of JSC due to his role at Capital One, he continues to serve as our Subject Matter Expert. He remains in the background as a steady source of guidance and support, stepping in when the team needs direction or when complex situations arise. His heart for people and his commitment to excellence continue to influence our approach to recruitment and the way we serve both clients and candidates.
Joyeeta Sarkar
Recruiting Manager
Joyeeta Sarkar serves as the Recruiting Manager at Jump Start Consulting, where she leads a team of recruiters and ensures clients receive consistent, high quality support. She is often the main point of contact for clients and takes the lead in understanding their needs, guiding the recruiting process, and making sure expectations are met from start to finish.

Joyeeta is known for her steady professionalism, communication skills, and the way she builds trust quickly with both clients and her team. She brings clarity, structure, and a calm presence to fast paced situations, and she is quick to adapt when new challenges come up.

At JSC, she plays a key role in coordinating search efforts, overseeing candidate evaluations, and helping her team deliver results that align with each client’s goals. Her commitment to doing things the right way and her ability to connect with people make her a valued partner to everyone she works with.​
