Responsibilities:

Serve as primary client contact as needed within the service process.
Promoting the necessity for diagnostics and calibrations at the assigned shop
Responsible for performing precise calibrations for all types of Advanced Drivers Assist Systems (ADAS) across most vehicle makes and models
Utilize various OEM tools and diagnostic equipment to make the most effective recommendations for repairs and calibrations on multiple makes and models
Perform pre and post-vehicle calibration documentation, prepare report paperwork for customers
Perform basic R/I procedures to access sensors and control modules
Act as a subject matter expert and adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals consistently
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in e-learning or other training sessions to stay well-informed about rapidly changing automotive technology
Responsible for driving customer or company vehicles for the purpose of delivery, testing or calibration
Utilize an understanding of the structure and practices of various types of repair facilities, body shops, and insurance carriers to facilitate effective working relationships
Collaborate with other technicians to perform in-depth diagnostic test plans
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.

Essential Duties:

Delivery Operations

Safely operate a company pickup truck (and occasionally a trailer) to deliver parts, materials, and equipment to job sites, clients, vendors, and satellite locations.
Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are properly secured for transport.
Plan efficient delivery routes and adhere to established schedules.
Provide delivery confirmations, document drop-offs, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
Follow all traffic laws, road regulations, and company driving policies.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper working conditions of assigned vehicles.
Assist with parts pick-ups, returns, and backhauls as needed.

Warehouse & Shop Support

Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing incoming and outgoing materials.
Put away materials, parts, and tooling in designated storage locations.
Support physical inventory counts and general inventory organization.
Help prepare, build, or stage parts and components for upcoming jobs.
Assist other departments when needed, including shipping/receiving and parts counter
operations.

Facility Maintenance & General Support

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as equipment cleaning, minor repairs, and workspace organization.
Sweep, remove trash, and participate in general shop housekeeping when not performing deliveries.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to plan deliveries, pickups, and workflow priorities.
Make recommendations to management regarding product handling or process improvements.
