About the Role
This position will have overall responsibility of all Human Resource and Payroll functions. Including planning, leading, directing, developing and coordinating policies and activities of the company, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. Position is also a business partner for the company requiring a gaining and understanding of the business.
Essential Duties
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations’ goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates and implements policies, process, initiatives and surveys to support the organizations’ human resources compliance and strategy needs.
Administers and oversees the administration of human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Human Resource leadership role.
Background in Distribution or Manufacturing.
4-year degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
