About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in media relations, storytelling, influencer partnerships, and digital PR—translating brand vision into impactful public narratives that boost awareness and demand.
Key Responsibilities:
PR Strategy & Execution: Design and implement PR campaigns aligned with consumer marketing and sales goals
Media & Influencer Relations: Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility
Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling press releases, media kits, and narratives that highlight product value and company mission
Event Support: Lead PR efforts for product launches, retail collaborations, pop-up activations, and industry events
Crisis Communications: Prepare proactive and responsive messaging to manage public issues and protect brand reputation
Digital PR Integration: Collaborate with digital teams to amplify campaigns through social media and online channels
Consumer Sentiment Monitoring: Track media coverage and public feedback to inform PR strategy adjustments
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure unified messaging
Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee PR budgets, set timelines, and allocate resources across campaigns
Campaign Reporting: Analyze PR performance via media impact, audience engagement, and sales contribution
Requirements
What You Bring:
Excellent writing and editing skills; able to craft clear, engaging communications
Strong public speaking and verbal communication abilities
Deep knowledge of PR strategy, influencer engagement, and digital outreach
Proven crisis communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
5–7 years of PR experience, ideally in a consumer-facing industry (e.g., retail, lifestyle, e-commerce, tech)
Demonstrated success in media placement and influencer collaboration
Experience executing PR strategies that directly support brand growth and consumer engagement
Strong understanding of digital PR tools and platforms
