Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems that support a global workforce. This role will partner closely with IT, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve business processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product roadmap for enterprise applications supporting Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into product requirements.
Prioritize product enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and organizational objectives.
Partner with software engineering, solution architects, UX designers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery and planning through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and system analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.
Coordinate software releases, change management activities, and user adoption strategies.
Work closely with third-party vendors and implementation partners on system enhancements and integrations.
Ensure enterprise applications meet security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Present product roadmaps, project updates, and business cases to executive leadership.
Mentor Associate Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices across the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise software or business applications.
Experience managing ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, or workflow automation platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, or Aha!.
Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day product execution.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Technology Management.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar business applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise solutions and API integrations.
Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
