Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This role is responsible for supporting strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and executive decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Prepare financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership.
Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets and provide financial guidance.
Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
Evaluate capital investments, operational initiatives, and growth opportunities through financial modeling.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Support long-range financial planning and annual operating plans.
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency.
Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, Master's degree in Finance, or CPA/CMA designation.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Background in manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, retail, or industrial industries.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or strategic growth initiatives.
Knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial reporting standards.
